Guests are responsible for making their own hotel reservations using the official booking link below, subject to availability.

Room Rate

A special group rate is available for event participants:

• Castle Hill View King Room (single occupancy): EUR 165 per night
• The group rate is valid until March 8, 2026, or until rooms are sold out.

Please note that the nightly room rate does not include the city tax of EUR 3.50 per person, per night, which is subject to change in accordance with local regulations.

For double occupancy, an additional charge of EUR 20 per night (including VAT) will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Up to 14 days prior to arrival: Free cancellation
• Less than 14 days prior to arrival, no-show, or early departure: A 100% cancellation fee applies for the entire stay
